THE SECOND LOWEST BID WAS 446,000 SO 120,000 HIGHER THAN THE LOWEST BID, SO WE LUCKED OUT WITH OUTBID. THE SECOND UPDATE IS ON THE UPTOWN ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
