UH FROM THE PARKS DIVISION, CITY CREWS ARE PREPARING THE RESTROOMS TO BE OPEN BY NEXT MONDAY, AND THE MOWING WILL START BEGINNING THIS WEEK AS WELL AT AT THE CITY PARKS. THE WATER CREWS ARE WORKING ON INDIVIDUAL SERVICES FOR THE SYCAMORE STREET WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT OUT OF THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND TALKING WITH TERRY. WE'RE GONNA SCHEDULE A TOUR FOR CITY COUNCIL FOR MONDAY. UM A SECOND BEFORE THE PRIOR TO THE WORK SESSION. WE FEEL CONSTRUCTIONS PROGRESS LONG ENOUGH THAT YOU GUYS CAN GET OUT THERE PROVIDED IT DIDN'T RAIN BECAUSE IT MAY STILL BE MUDDY. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY'LL HAVE GRAVEL DOWN BY THAT. IT WAS JANE JANE SCHLEGEL 823,000, SO THEY ARE WITHIN THE 10% RANGE. UM AND WE'VE REVIEWED EVERYTHING AND FEEL COMFORTABLE WARNING THAT BENT TO JANE J. SCHLEGEL. NEXT PROJECT IS THE UPTOWN ALLEY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. IF ANYBODY'S BEEN AROUND THE UPTOWN THERE, THEY'VE MADE SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS WITH THAT PROJECT OVER THE LAST 2 TO 3 WEEKS, SO CONCRETE WORK CONTINUES THIS WEEK, AND THE PROJECT CONTINUES ON SCHEDULE. AH JUST TO REMIND THAT WE'RE HOPING THAT ALL THE HARDSCAPE IS DONE BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY. NEXT PROJECT IS THE JOINT WRECK RESTROOM AND CONCESSION FACILITY ARE CONTRACTORS HOPING TO TURN THAT OVER TO US OR I SHOULD SAY THE JOINT WRECK WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS, SO THEY'RE WRAPPING UP JUST THE FINAL FINAL TOUCHES ON THAT PROJECT. CONTRACTOR HAD TO PULL OFF DUE TO SOME UTILITIES NOT BEING RELOCATED IN TIME. THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE OUT THIS WEEK TO WRAP UP THAT PROJECT. UM NEXT ONE, THE PUMP STATION TWO AND THE JEROME TOWNSHIP WATER TOWER PROJECTS. BOTH THOSE CONTINUE. UM ON SCHEDULE. RECREATION CONSERVATION PROJECT PASSED THROUGH GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND I DO HAVE A PDF TO SHARE. THIS IS THE CONNECTOR BRIDGE. THIS IS AN AWESOME PROJECT, JUST A REMINDER OF WHAT WE'LL PUT ON THE SCREEN OF WHAT IT WILL PAY ALL THAT KYLE KIND OF LAY IT OUT FOR YOU A LITTLE BIT. BUT IT'S REALLY NEAT THAT IT'S REMOVING FORWARD.

BUT THIS PIECE OF THIS RESOLUTION IS JUST SIMPLY A ONE READING ONLY RESOLUTION GRANTING THAT AUTHORIZATION. SO, KYLE, YOU MIND BREAKING IT DOWN A LITTLE BIT. THANKS, TERRY. THIS IS AS TERRY MENTIONED THIS IS AN AWESOME, EXCITING PROJECT. TO EXTEND THEIR TRAIL NETWORK.

UM LEGISLATION IN FRONT OF YOU IS JUST TO AUTHORIZE TERRY TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE WHERE THEY WILL FUNDS $500,000 OF THIS PROJECT AS LONG AS WE CARRY AND FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE PROJECT, SO THE ONLY QUESTIONS UM AS FAR AS TIMELINE. WE JUST SELECTED A CONSULTANT FOR THIS, SO THEY STILL HAVE TO GO DO SURVEY WORK AND WE GOT TO DESIGN THE PROJECT, BUT CONSTRUCTION SHOULD TAKE PLACE IN 2023 SO NEXT YEAR. WHAT'S THE TOTAL ESTIMATE FOR THE TOTAL PROJECT? THE PROJECT? WE'RE THINKING AROUND 800 TO A MILLION RIGHT NOW, SO THIS WOULD COVER ROUGHLY HAVE. HEY, ARE THERE ANY COUNCIL QUESTIONS? YOU KNOW PEOPLE ARE OUT, YOU KNOW, TRIMMING THEIR TREES AND THERE THEIR LANDSCAPING. IT'S LOOKING REALLY GOOD. THE DAFFODILS RIGHT NOW ARE BLOOMING AND I PLANTED A COUPLE OF 1000 DAFFODIL BULBS IN MY YARD OVER THE YEARS. SO IT'S IS LOOKING REALLY GOOD RIGHT NOW. AH LAST FALL, AND I LEARNED THERE'S A HARD WAY TO DO IT IN AN EASY WAY TO DO IT. LAST FALL , I PLANTED A COUPLE 100 THE EASY WAY. I GOT A BIG POWER ON ON AUGER DRILL AND IT GOES LIKE THAT FINISHED UP LAST FALL. I THOUGHT I WAS DONE AND THEN I DROVE BY THE CITY BUILDING. AND THEY'RE DONALD BURGER DOING IT THE HARD WAY. SO I WENT. I WENT HOME. I GOT MY AUGER AND WE FINISH THAT UP. KNOCKED IT OUT VERY QUICKLY. SO IF YOU LOOK IN FRONT OF THIS HILLY CITY BOWLING , IT'S LOOKING PRETTY GOOD RIGHT NOW. AND HOPEFULLY EVERYBODY TAKE SOME PRIDE IN THE COMMUNITY CLEAN THINGS UP THIS SPRING AND LET'S ENJOY THE CITY WITH THAT.
