WE HAD THE AT 430, WE HAD THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT, RIBBON CUTTING, AND TO OFFICIALLY LET OUR RESIDENTS KNOW THAT THE THE NEW WATER TREATMENT PLANT IS FULLY PROVIDING WATER TO THE COMMUNITY AND THE OLD PLANT IS NOW IN JUST A BACKUP MODE, NOT PROVIDING ANYTHING AT THIS TIME IN CASE SOMETHING COMES UP.
THIS FACILITY, AS WE SAID TONIGHT AT THE RIBBON CUTTING, WE ANTICIPATE 100 PLUS YEARS OF OF LIFE THAT THIS PLANT WILL HAVE ON ON THE COMMUNITY.
AND AND SO WE ANTICIPATE WHAT WE BELIEVE WILL BE AN UPGRADE IN THE QUALITY OF WATER JUST BECAUSE OF THE THE EQUIPMENT CONTAINED WITHIN THE NEW PLANT.
WE'LL JUST OBVIOUSLY HOPEFULLY BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A BETTER PRODUCT.
AND OF COURSE, WE'LL BE MONITORING THAT VERY CLOSELY.

THE EAST FOURTH STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT CONSTRUCTION STARTS THIS WEEK, EAST FOURTH STREET BETWEEN WALNUT AND PLUM WILL BE CLOSED THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT, WHICH IS ANTICIPATED BETWEEN THREE AND FOUR MONTHS.
WITH THAT, WE'RE CONTINUING TO MONITOR HOW THE TRAFFIC BEING REROUTED IS AFFECTING PRIMARILY EAST FIFTH STREET AND MAKING SURE THAT THE SIGNALS ARE TIMED UP AND TALKED ABOUT ADDING MAYBE POTENTIALLY A NO OUTLET SIGN ON NORTH WALNUT AS WELL, MAYBE PUTTING UP SOME MESSAGE BOARDS SO THAT THAT WAY PEOPLE AT FIVE POINTS DON'T AUTOMATICALLY GO TO FOURTH STREET.
THEY'RE GIVEN A LITTLE BIT OF HEAD'S UP THERE AND AS WELL AT NORTH MAIN AND FOURTH STREET.
WARNER ROAD UTILITY EXTENSIONS OR CONTRACTOR CONTINUES TO INSTALL THE SANITARY SEWER DOWN WARNER ROAD AND THEN FINALLY OUT AT THE WATKINS ROAD PUMP STATION, EXCAVATION WORK CONTINUES. AND TALKING TO THE CONTRACTOR, THEY'RE HOPING TO BE AT THE AT THE FINAL DEPTH BELOW THE GROUND HERE IN THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO.

IT'S CALLED REC DESK. IT'S BASICALLY HOW WE DO ALL OF OUR CITY PROGRAMING NEW SOFTWARE, AND THE CITY IS LOOKING TO EXPAND ITS USAGE THIS YEAR IN CONJUNCTION WITH UPDATING THE CITY WEBSITE. SO STAY TUNED ON THOSE UPDATES.

SO THEY'RE STILL WORKING OUT THEIR ARCHITECTURE AND SOME OF THE SITE PLAN FOR NEW BUSINESS.

SO WE'RE GOING BACK A LONG TIME, BUT IT'S BEEN IDLE FOR A LONG TIME.
AND THAT IS WHERE CARMAX IS PLANNING TO BUILD THE FACILITY.
NOW, AS YOU SAID, THE FACILITY IS WHOLESALE ONLY.
THEY PURCHASED A LOT OF CARS THROUGH THE INTERNET.
THEY TRADE IN A LOT OF VEHICLES.
SO WHAT THEY WOULD DO IS THAT ALL OF THOSE VEHICLES FROM CENTRAL OHIO WOULD WIND UP OUT HERE AND THEY WOULD BE STORED. THEN THEY HAVE A NUMBER OF BAYS WHERE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO CHECK THE VEHICLES AND SEE IF THEY CAN GO BACK OUT INTO THE RETAIL, INTO THE CARMAX RETAIL, OR IF THEY ARE ACTUALLY GOING TO GO THROUGH THE AUCTION SYSTEM.
SO, AGAIN, THIS IS A FACILITY THAT'S MAYBE GOING TO ENCOMPASS 20 TO 25 EMPLOYEES.
MAYBE WHEN KYLE AND I LOOKED AT IT, ONE CAR OR ONE CAR THAT WOULD BRING SEVEN VEHICLES PER HOUR.

THIS IS SOMETHING THAT WAS ADOPTED IN 2018 AND WE'VE SEEN SOME GREAT RENOVATIONS AND KIND OF REVITALIZATION THROUGH OUR UPTOWN WITH THIS PROGRAM. I'LL GO THROUGH THE COUPLE DIFFERENT YEARS IN PROGRAM YEARS THAT WE HAVE HERE AND SHOW YOU SOME OF THOSE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS AND WHAT THOSE IMPROVEMENTS WERE OF THE BUILDINGS. BUT JUST A QUICK OVERVIEW.

AND MONARCH ROOFING IS AWAITING SOME WINDOWS FOR THE SECOND FLOOR, AS WELL AS FIESTA GRANDE WILL BE DOING SOME EXTERIOR REPAIRS FOR THE WINDOWS AND PAINTING.
ROOF REPAIR WAS PART OF THAT WHICH THEY HAVE COMPLETED THAT AS WELL.
