UM THE MOST IMPORTANT PIECE FOR THE LANDOWNER IS THE BOTTOM PIECE, AND THAT IS ALLOWING THE DETACHMENT. IF THINGS WERE NOT GO THE RIGHT WAYS TO DETERMINE THE RIGHT WAYS.
