WE'VE HAD THREE SITE VISITS THROUGH THEM.AND THEN THAT DOESN'T COUNT THE VARIOUS BROKERAGE SITE VISITS WE'VE HAD FOR THE ACTUAL BUILDING THAT'S IN PLACE THERE. THE CITY AND THE SCHOOLS HAVE COMMITTED TO AN IMPROVED PARTNERSHIP. WHICH IS WHY I AM HERE TONIGHT. THE SCHOOL DISTRICT LEADERSHIP AND BOARD MEMBERS MET WITH CONNECT REALITY A FEW MONTHS AGO TO DISCUSS THE CONCEPTUAL RENDERINGS OF THE DEVELOPMENT JUST AS AS THEY'VE SHARED WITH YOU. ADDITIONALLY POTENTIAL INSTEAD OF PACKAGES THAT MAY BE NEEDED IN ORDER TO MAKE THE PROJECT FEASIBLE, WERE SHARED. HOWEVER WE KNOW THAT THERE ARE NO SPECIFIC DOLLAR AMOUNTS FOR FIGURES PROVIDED AT THIS TIME. WE DO ANTICIPATE RECEIVING SPECIFIC FINANCIAL INFORMATION AT SOME POINT AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR. TO BE COMPLETE GAME CHANGERS IN A POSITIVE WAY FOR THIS COMMUNITY FOR YEARS AND YEARS TO COME. AND IT PUTS US EVEN IN A BETTER POSITION TO BE SELECTIVE WITH WHAT WE WANT. THANK YOU.
