UH WHICH IS INTERESTING, BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHEN WE STARTED BACK IN 2018 WE HAD OUR TOTAL SKATE COUNT BACK IN 2018 WAS 5500. THAT WAS A BIG NUMBER. BUT AND THEN THE FOLLOWING YEAR WAS READ AT ABOUT 5500 AGAIN IN 2018 AND 2019. THEN WHEN WE WENT THROUGH THE PANDEMIC, IT DROPPED ABOUT 3400 AND ABOUT 4400 THE NEXT TWO YEARS DURING THE PANDEMIC. BUT LAST YEAR WE'RE BACK UP OVER 4500. AND THIS YEAR NOW WE'RE AT 6700 PEOPLE UTILIZING THE FACILITY, SO IT'S JUST FANTASTIC. FURTHERMORE WE HAD NO SITES WITH VISIBILITY ALONG US, 33, WHICH IS THE PRIME INDUSTRIAL LAND YOU HAVE THERE, AND SO WE ALSO FOUND OUT DURING THE PROCESS AT THE PROPERTY OWNERS WERE COMPETING WITH EACH OTHER, WHICH IS NATURAL. WE HAD MORE PURCHASE A PROPERTY FOR THEIR R AND D CENTER YET SUMITOMO PURCHASE ON THE OTHER SIDE, AND WE FELT THAT THERE NEED TO BE A CONCERTED EFFORT GOING FORWARD, AND THAT'S WHY WE BROUGHT THIS PROPOSAL TO YOU.
