THROUGHOUT THE DAY OR THROUGHOUT THAT TIME FRAME, THERE'LL BE FREE ACTIVITIES SUCH AS FISHING, SHOOTING, ARCHERY, AND KAYAKING. WE ARE STILL WAITING ON FINAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FROM PLACER.AI, BUT WE SHOULD HAVE THOSE BASED ON WHAT I JUST LOOKED BEFORE THIS MEETING. WE SHOULD HAVE THOSE. TOMORROW WOULD BE MY GUESS. CITY STREET CREWS CONTINUE TO PERFORM CONCRETE WORK ON VILLAGE DRIVE, WALNUT STREET, EAST FIFTH STREET AND USE MASTIC TO REHABILITATE THE ROADWAYS. THE PARKS CREWS ARE CLEANING UP AFTER THE FESTIVAL FAIR EVENT. THEY ARE PERFORMING REPAIRS AT THE SKATE PARK AND CONDUCTING END OF THE SEASON INTERVIEWS WITH THE POOL STAFF ON THE WATER SIDE. CREWS CONTINUE ON THE CONWAY STREET WATER LINE. REPLACEMENT BEFORE THE CHICK FIL A MOVES IN, AND LAST WEEK THE AVERAGE WATER PRODUCTION WAS 4.7 MILLION GALLONS A DAY, WITH A PEAK OF 5.4. THAT CONSTRUCTION BEGINS THIS WEEK ON THE WATER LINE INSTALLATION. THE COLEMAN'S AND INDUSTRIAL ROUNDABOUT THAT IS OPEN AND WE ARE GOING THROUGH PUNCH LIST ITEMS AT THIS TIME WITH THAT CONTRACTOR. BUT THE INTERSECTION IS OPEN FOR VEHICLES. CARRIE JACOBS AND CHERRY STREET SANITARY. THAT CONSTRUCTION ALSO CONTINUES, AND DURING THE FIRST PHASE OF THE PROJECT, NORTH CHERRY STREET WILL BE CLOSED TO THROUGH TRAFFIC FROM EAST FOURTH STREET TO LAKEVIEW DRIVE. THE RESERVOIR RESERVOIR CONNECTOR TRAIL PHASE TWO IS ALSO CONTINUING CONSTRUCTION, AND THE WEST FIFTH STREET IMPROVEMENTS. CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WEST FIFTH STREET. QUESTIONS? THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPORT TONIGHT. MOVING ON TO PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION REPORT. YES. SO AT OUR LAST MEETING IN AUGUST, WE RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING UPDATES. THE AMPHITHEATER REMODEL DESIGN. WE RECEIVED THE SECOND DESIGN AND IT'S CURRENTLY BEING REVIEWED.

THE SCHWARZKOPF SHELTER HOUSE REPLACEMENT IS STILL ON ORDER. WORKING ON A PERMIT THERE. THE ALDERS GATE PARK RESTROOM STILL WORKING ON GETTING QUOTES AND PLANNING SEWER AND WATER CONNECTIONS TO THAT. AND THEN THE MCCARTHY PARK BASKETBALL COURT. THE PAVING THERE IS COMPLETE AND THEN COURT COATING IS SCHEDULED, AND THEN THE HOOP INSTALLATION AND FENCING WILL BE PUT UP AROUND THERE. AT OUR LAST FRIDAY NIGHT UPTOWN, IT WAS VERY WELL ATTENDED. ALONG WITH THE CAR SHOW, THERE WAS AROUND 6000 ATTENDEES, SO THAT WAS A VERY GOOD EVENT. AND THEN THE PASSPORT TO ARCHERY EVENT WAS HELD ON AUGUST 9TH, AND THERE WERE 32 PARTICIPANTS IN THAT. WE DID ADOPT THE FIVE YEAR PARKS AND REC CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR NEXT YEAR, 2026, AND I'LL KIND OF READ SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THAT. SO LOOKING AT LIKE SCOTT FAMILY PARK, THERE'S 675,000 ALLOCATED FOR PAVING THERE. BRIDGE DESIGN 75,000 KIND OF ARCHERY PARK AREA THERE 70 OR 25,000 AT THE AMERICAN LEGION PARK. THE AMPHITHEATER RENOVATION HAS 250,000. THERE'S A SKATE PARK EXPANSION EXPANSION DESIGN FOR THE HOPEFULLY THE SKATE PARK THERE ALONG WHERE THE DOG PARK CURRENTLY IS AND THAT REGION AND THEN SOME NOT NECESSARILY DETERMINED LOCATIONS, BUT THERE WAS 500,000 ALLOCATED FOR A NEW SPLASH PAD SOMEWHERE IN MARYSVILLE AND 100,000 FOR A NEW SPORTS COURT. COUNCIL, JUST ONE COMMENT BECAUSE I NOTICED AT ALGER, THE SKATE PARK HAD SOME CAUTION TAPE AROUND, SO I'M NOT SURE WHAT WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THE WITH THE SKATE PARK, BUT I DID NOTICE SOME KIDS ON THE. THE JUMPS THERE. YEAH, WHATEVER IT'S CALLED. YEAH. SO I DON'T KNOW IF SOMEBODY FROM STAFF COULD JUST GO. YEAH. THE FACT THAT THEY SERVE ALMOST 400 STUDENTS IS A TESTIMONY TO THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION THAT THEY'RE PROVIDING TO THEIR STUDENTS. TESTAMENT TO THE DEMAND FOR THE KIND OF EDUCATIONAL OPTIONS THAT THEIR SCHOOL PROVIDES. AND AS SOMEBODY WHO REPRESENTS SCHOOLS ACROSS THE STATE, I CAN TELL YOU THAT THERE'S A GROWING DEMAND EVERYWHERE IN OHIO FOR ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS, IN ADDITION TO WHAT THEIR PUBLIC SCHOOL MIGHT PROVIDE.
